Risk Assessment Questionnaire (Production Insurance – Produktionsallianz)
1. Territoriality of Production
Please answer the following questions about the planned production:
1.1 Will filming take place in a country currently affected by an armed conflict or for which there is an official travel warning from the Federal Government?
1.2 Will filming take place in any of the following countries?
(Afghanistan, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Burkina Faso, Crimea, Cuba, Democratic Republic of Congo, Ethiopia, Gaza, Haiti, Iraq, Iran, Israel, Lebanon, Mali, Myanmar, Niger, Central African Republic, Russia, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Ukraine, Venezuela, West Bank, Yemen)
2. Increased Risks During Filming
Please indicate whether one or more of the following points apply to your production:
2.1 Will animals with known hazard potential (e.g., predators, venomous snakes, horses, bulls, etc.) be used during filming?
2.2 Are there persons involved in the production who are 75 years or older and are to be insured under Non-Appearance Coverage?
2.3 Will prototype or special camera technology be used that has not yet been in professional continuous use?
3. Technical Inspection Before Start of Filming
3.1 Was a camera test (including a lens test) and a test of the grip and lighting equipment performed to ensure compliance with the required standards?
3.2 Were the mechanical components of the film reels (or their digital equivalents) checked according to industry standards?
